A senior HR and leadership development expert with over 25 years of experience across Hong Kong and Asia, Rita brings a wealth of real-world insight into how leadership drives organizational performance. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and certified trainer with the John Maxwell Team. Her engaging, application-focused facilitation style helps leaders build trust, communicate expectations, and challenge constructively. Rita is also the founder of Coaching Engage +, supporting professional growth and well-being across diverse industries and cultures.
Ms. Pam Birkett
Pam is an ICF-Certified ACC Coach, Shared Leadership Team Coach, and Sustainability Coach with extensive experience coaching leaders in Asia Pacific, Europe, and the USA. She has supported leadership teams in defining vision, values, and strategy, and has delivered leadership development for corporates, NGOs, and international organizations. A former Vice President of the Hong Kong Association of Business & Professional Women, Pam is also a mentor coach and an experienced workshop facilitator for chambers and professional associations.
