Team Philippines gymnast Carlos Yulo has become the first Filipino to win more than one gold medal in the Summer Games.
His incentives are expected to keep increasing, as more private companies want to reward the most successful Olympian the Philippines has ever produced after his gold medal win in vault Sunday night.
As of Monday, Yulo has already guaranteed 32 million Philippine Pesos (about 553 million USD) in cash incentives and a three-bedroom condo unit.
Yulo won also the gymnastics floor exercise in Paris.
On top of being the first double-winner from the Philippines, he is also the first Southeast Asian to win gold in these games.
