To support tourism and consumption in the country, Thailand’s Department of Excise has published a list of the 10 most expensive wines available in Thailand. This follows the adjustment of the wine tax structure on 23 February.
According to the Department of Excise, the most expensive wine in the kingdom is Domaine Leroy Musigny Grand Cru, with a whopping price of over 1.5 million baht a bottle.
Chateau Lafite Rothschild Pauillacย (Premier Grand Cru Classe) comes in second, with a price tag of over 940,000 baht.
