Cambodia and Thailand aim to push bilateral trade to 15 USD billion by 2025, according to a senior official of Thailand’s Ministry of Commerce.
Data from the Thai commerce ministry shows that in the first half of 2024, two-way trade between Cambodia and Thailand was 5.19 billion USD, a roughly 20% increase year-on-year.
Cambodia’s exports to Thailand include gold, vegetables, aluminium scrap, insulated wire and cable, and copper scrap.
Thailand exports refined products, fuel, white sugar, and beverages to Cambodia.
