The development of a massive integrated entertainment resort in Preah Sihanouk province is progressing well.
According to Lai Xiao Bo, the developer’s representative of Bay Investment, the construction of the resort is divided into zones A and B.
Zone B’s development, which features condominiums and commercial buildings, is expected to be completed in late 2025.
He added that the Zone A development, which comprises a five-star hotel, shopping malls, and entertainment parks, will be finished by 2028.
Encompassing an area of 15.8 hectares, the latest estimation of the whole development cost was around $1 billion.
The project is expected to create 5,000 jobs once in operation.
