The elevated section of the Nhon-Hanoi Urban Railway Project will open for commercial operations on Friday.
The plan received agreement from the State Examination Council (SEC).
The Hanoi Metropolitan Railway Management Board (MRB) says that it was an important event marking a new development milestone in Hanoi’s public transport system.
The Nhon-Hanoi Station metro line is 12.5km long, of which the Nhon-Cau Giay elevated section is 8.5km long and the Cau Giay-Hanoi Station underground section is 4km long.
