The 78 km Cam Lam - Vinh Hao Expressway is expected to be open late this month, helping to form a continuous route to halve the travel time between Nha Trang and Saigon.
The Cam Lam - Vinh Hao Expressway runs through three central provinces: 5 km in Khanh Hoa, 63 km in Ninh Thuan, and 12 km in Binh Thuan.
The expressway is developed by a consortium of Deo Ca Group and 194 Construction Investment Corporation, with a total investment of about 356 million USD under a public-private partnership contract.
The expressway has four lanes, two on each side, allowing cars to travel at a maximum speed of 90 kph and a minimum of 60 kph.
