Finnair plans to add extra flights to Phuket in Thailand this winter due to increased demand.
The carrier will increase its Helsinki-Phuket route to six-times-weekly from December 2024, up from four times per week in winter 2023.
Services will operate on Monday-Wednesday and Friday-Sunday from Helsinki, with return flights from Phuket from Monday-Thursday and on the weekend.
Finnair is reinforcing its presence in Thailand, with the carrier already operating a twice-daily service from Helsinki to Bangkok.
The airline has also announced plans to add more flights to Japan in next year’s summer schedule starting in late March 2025.
