SwedCham’s Midwinter Ball 2026

SWEDCHAM SINGAPORE CORDIALLY INVITES YOU TO THE ANNUAL MIDWINTER BALL 2026 An Aurora Beyond Borders Some evenings are about celebration. Others are about the people who made the celebration possible. Since 1985, the SwedCham Midwinter Ball has brought together the Swedish business community in Singapore for an evening of friendship, laughter, new connections, and old friendships renewed. It is a tradition that has grown alongside the remarkable relationship between Sweden and Singapore. This year, that relationship reaches an important milestone. As Sweden and Singapore celebrate 60 years of diplomatic relations, we invite you to join us for a very special Midwinter Ball – not only to honour six decades of partnership between our two countries, but also to celebrate the thousands of people, businesses, entrepreneurs, colleagues, and friends who have transformed that partnership into something real. Under the theme An Aurora Beyond Borders , we will gather at the beautiful Raffles Sentosa for an evening that combines Nordic elegance with Singaporean warmth. Together, we will celebrate a relationship built on openness, innovation, trust, and a shared belief that small nations can achieve extraordinary things when they work together. Guests can look forward to an exceptional dining experience, live entertainment, memorable surprises, and the opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces while meeting the next generation of leaders shaping the Sweden-Singapore story. The evening will also feature the presentation of two new SwedCham Awards created especially for this milestone year. The Most Impactful Business Collaboration Award will celebrate an outstanding partnership between a Swedish and a Singaporean organisation that has strengthened the ties between our two countries and created lasting value. The Rising Star Award will recognise an emerging talent whose contribution and leadership potential have made a meaningful impact within the Swedish business community in Singapore. To find out more about the Awards and how to nominate, click here . Most importantly, the Midwinter Ball remains what it has always been: A gathering of a community. Whether you have been part of the Sweden-Singapore journey for decades or only recently joined it, we hope you will join us for an evening of celebration, friendship and shared memories.
