The 40th Thailand International Motor Expo ended yesterday (December 11) in Nonthaburi. The vehicle bookings saw a significant surge with 53,248 units sold.
Japanese automaker Toyota again retained its crown for most booked brand, with 7,245 units being reserved. Honda came in second place with 6,149 units.
But the main news was that “unknown’ Chinese EV brands took the next four places, with BYD having 5,455 reserved units, Aion 4,568 units, MG 3,568 units, and Changan 3,549 units booked.
