Cambodia’s Department of Water Resources and Meteorology of Oddar Meanchey Province has issued a notice stating that until 13 January the northeast monsoon will blow strongly and will be affecting the Province.
The advisory states that this situation will cause the weather to cool down, with temperatures ranging from 15 degrees Celsius to 29 degrees Celsius, and strong winds (or gusts) with significant speed.
