This event is organized by the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.
You landed in Hong Kong. The city is fast, exciting, and like nowhere you have worked before. Many foreign professionals in Hong Kong say the same thing: it is different, and they wish someone had explained the unwritten cultural rules earlier.
That is exactly what this workshop is for.
In October, the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong is hosting an online workshop for foreign professionals navigating Hong Kong’s workplace culture, in partnership with Gloria Chan-Cook Founder at InterCultra an Asian business culture specialist with two decades of experience working across Hong Kong and Europe.
After the workshop, you will leave with a clear map of how Hong Kong’s workplace culture actually works, and practical anchors to reach for when a situation catches you off guard. You will also be with other professionals navigating the same journey. That matters. Moving to a new city and adapting to a new culture can be quite demanding, and there is real value in knowing you are not alone in finding it so.
