Finland’s president Alexander Stubb will make a state visit to China from 28-31 October for meetings with Chinese president Xi Jinping and other senior government officials, the Finnish government says.
Finland and China have been engaged in diplomatic spat since last October of last year over the possible role of a Hong Kong-registered cargo vessel’s gas pipeline incident.
